Hi! I'm Pastor Tim.
I've been at Grace of God since 2021. My wife and I are transplants to Long Island. I grew up in Clearwater, Florida, while Ruth was born in Malawi (her parents served as missionaries). We have three children.
We met in college. We both attended Martin Luther College in New Ulm, MN, where I earned my Bachelor of Arts in the pre-seminary program. That program of study focuses on learning Biblical Greek and Hebrew. (My Greek is a lot stronger than my Hebrew!)
After college, I taught as a K-12 English teacher in Callao, Peru, and as a high school Spanish teacher in Milwaukee, WI. My wife and I married in 2017, before I started studying for my Master of Divinity at Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary in Mequon, WI.
